The Mickey Riley Scholarship Application

Each year, a $5,000 scholarship will be granted to a Crescent Valley High School and a Corvallis High School graduating student attending a College or University in the United States.

Please turn in a complete application packet to your high school Career Center by Friday, May 10th, 2024.

Please Provide the Following Documents along with the form to the right:

• Resume of sport(s) student competed in and accomplishments
• Copy of unofficial seventh-semester transcript
• Essay on his/her high school involvement and future plans including a paragraph on the impact of athletics on his/her life
• A current photograph
• Two letters of recommendation, one of which should come from a coach, and one from a teacher. These can be directly emailed to jmchenry@macscollect.com or included electronically in your packet.
  

Award recipients will be notified in May 25th and understand the following conditions of the Scholarship: The scholarship will be provided on the basis of $1,000 per year for five years at a college or university within the United States. In order to receive the award for a full year, the recipient is expected to carry a normal academic load (minimum 12 credits) and earn a minimum of 2.0 GPA each term.
